The Brand | Alexandra Sargent is an Ayurvedic Health Coach and Sattvic Chef who specializes in sacred body treatments, postpartum care and culinary education. Wild Hart Ayurveda is her practice rooted in the philosophy of aligning with nature’s rhythms and supporting human beings in the pursuit of their fullest potential.
The Project | Alexandra offers a unique breadth of Ayurvedic offerings that not many practitioners share. She approached me with the vision to bring her practice of coaching, cooking and postpartum work to it’s fullest potential. Our sessions included creative planning, brainstorming brand names, strategizing logo, color palette and so much more. We also did full day photoshoot capturing the art of cooking and the ethos of ayurveda in Mother Nature. The finished product included a comprehensive website to share her diverse offerings, including an e-commerce platform and expanded resources such as recipe guides and articles.
Inspiration | For thousands of years, Nature carried signs and symbols that guided our existence. It is said that when a deer appears, a wellspring of inner strength, compassion and receptive wisdom emerges from the gentle arms of Nature. The Ancient art of aligning with Nature’s rhythms is the practice of Ayurveda. Wild Hart Ayurveda is Alexandra’s offering inspired by the elements, the plants, the people and the belief that to embody one’s fullest potential is a birthright.
